**About The Role**

**Your mission will be to make SplashLearn the most loved learning game for children, the most useful tool for teachers’ classrooms, and the most trusted learning program for parents.**

As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for adding value to our users by understanding how they think, see, feel, and do. You will be responsible for communicating and translating such needs into action items that designers and product managers can work upon. In your role, you will be collaborating with various stakeholders, founders, product managers, designers, and other UX researchers to understand what user & business problems need to be solved and figure out ways to achieve the user & business goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or equivalent practical experience in user research is preferred
- Experience with design and user research via different research methods (but not limited to) usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
- Good facilitation skills to train and create systems to enable partner teams (product management and design) to conduct research with mínimal support.

**Responsibilities**:
**Research Planning & Prioritisation**
- Understand the product vision & business objectives, and collaborate with stakeholders to define the research objective
- Prioritise the research objectives to create a high quality research roadmap

Carry out **high quality user research**
- Translate the research objectives into a robust research plan by defining the right research technique, recruiting strategy & survey design.
- Use creativity, resourcefulness & planning to recruit the right participants for the study in a timely' manner.
- Use both qualitative and quantitative methods (when required) to conduct the study.
- Involve & collaborate with stakeholders throughout the process to ensure everyone is aligned on the objectives, process, and findings of the study.

**Democratize research across the organization**
- Convert the research findings into compelling actionables for partner teams to act upon
- Organize the research findings & insights well for optimal dissemination to stakeholders & future organizational learning
- Create and facilitate user research knowledge workshops for stakeholders (product managers, designers, and other team members).
- Create easy processes & systems to enable stakeholders to conduct and disseminate findings.
