**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Developers.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, and UML diagrams.
- Illustrate design ideas using the UX tools: storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Able to design using the creative tools available for example: Adobe XD.
- Design graphic user interface elements and build page navigation flow.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Creative mind to bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design quality and consistency
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
- Adhering to and help evolve the design system
- Keeping up with interaction design trends.
- Researching technology trends.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 3+ years of UI/UX with a focus on user-centered design methodology
- Understanding of design systems and enterprise model UI
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of user
- centered design principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- **Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Illustrator,Sketch,and Figma**

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
