**Job Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic Freshers to join our US Staffing Firm in Noida. We are mostly into Healthcare Staffing and also have IT, Non IT Roles. If you are someone with good communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills, this is a great opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Responsible for handling the End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
