**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listings & Management**:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and other relevant information.
- Ensure all product data is optimized for search engines and is consistently up-to-date.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:

- Process and monitor online orders from checkout through delivery.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipping and delivery of products.
- Resolve order-related issues, such as returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- **Customer Service**:

- Assist with troubleshooting any order or product-related issues.
- Provide a positive shopping experience to customers.
- **Marketing & Promotions Support**:

- Monitor and report on the performance of e-commerce marketing activities.
- Assist in managing SEO/SEM strategies and optimize website content for better performance.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze e-commerce metrics such as conversion rates, cart abandonment, and traffic sources.
- Generate regular reports on sales, customer feedback, and website performance.
- Provide actionable insights for improving the user experience and driving sales.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Work closely with developers and designers to improve website functionality and user experience.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the website is running smoothly across all devices and browsers.
- Implement updates and improvements to product pages and other site content as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
