Are you an **Excel wizard** with hands-on experience in **sales data analysis** and **MIS reporting**? Do you excel in generating insightful reports, managing data, and **supporting sales teams** with the information they need? We are looking for a dynamic MIS Executive who can work with sales data, perform advanced Excel functions like **VLOOKUP**, **HLOOKUP**, and **Pivot Tables**, and create reports that drive strategic decisions.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel: Advanced knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting is a must.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data and trends.
- Sales Exposure: Understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Report Generation: Ability to create accurate, insightful, and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and ability to provide data-driven solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Data Management & Reporting:

- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to generate meaningful reports.
- Create, maintain, and optimize Excel sheets with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting for data analysis.
- Develop comprehensive MIS reports that provide insights into sales performance, trends, and forecasts.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Collaborate with sales teams to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to help improve sales strategies and business performance.

Excel Expertise:

- Use advanced Excel functions to streamline data analysis and report generation.
- Automate routine tasks and improve data accuracy and efficiency through Excel-based tools.

Sales Operations Support:

- Assist sales managers by providing data-driven insights and support for decision-making.
- Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requests to support ongoing sales initiatives.

Pay: ₹11,494.57 - ₹18,000.00 per month
