**Job Title: MIS Executive (for pharmaceutical company)**

**Experience**: 1-3 Years (Relevant MIS experience only)

**Qualification**: Graduate (Any Stream)

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Work from Office

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, manage, and analyze data from various departments.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare dashboards, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with teams to resolve them.
- Assist in automation of reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports.
- Provide support in audits and documentation.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather information as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
