**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain databases to store relevant data efficiently.
- Extract data from various sources, clean and preprocess data as necessary.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to management.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.
- Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analysis.
- Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and techniques.
- Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions.
- Attention to confidentiality and data security.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
