We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. This role primarily involves providing administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with accounts management tasks such as invoicing, bill preparation, and bank deposits.
- Maintain attendance records and assist with leave management.
- Support in GST filing and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Help calculate and manage monthly salaries based on attendance records.
- Coordinate schedules and assignments for operators, communicating effectively in Hindi.
- Provide general office support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
**Requirements**:
- Freshers are Preferable.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software
- Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
