**About the role**:
Embark on a rewarding leadership journey with Reckitt as a Shift Team Lead, where your expertise will directly contribute to our sterling production performance. With your guidance, we'll achieve excellence in People management, EHS, Quality, Service, and Performance, ensuring our business objectives are met with precision. This role is your opportunity to nurture a safe and dynamic working environment, lead a team of dedicated professionals, and leverage proactive approaches to continuous improvement. Your impact will resonate throughout our factory's success, as you champion efficiency and innovation on every shift.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of shift production execution, leading a team of 30-50 employees, including Cell Shift Managers & Production Operatives, to excel in factory KPIs.
- Uphold and enforce site EHS & Quality Compliance standards, while fostering a culture of safe and best practises on shift.
- Empower your team by developing their capabilities, ensuring high performance throughout scheduled run hours with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Manage adherence to Factory budgets within the £1m
- £3m range, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance business delivery cost-effectively.- Forge robust connexions between shifts and cross-functional teams to establish effective production execution and maintain performance standards.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability not only to inspire a team but also to deliver tangible results.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
- Excellent decision-making skills, with an organised approach to managing complex inputs.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP, coupled with strong innovative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in business process improvement, with proficiency in data analytics and supply chain management.
