With eco-friendly RTP infrastructure and a pan-India presence, we help developers deliver digitally equipped buildings from day one.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quality and EHS Head with 8-12 years of relevant experience to lead our Quality and Environment, Health & Safety initiatives. The role involves establishing, monitoring, and improving quality systems, ensuring compliance with EHS standards, and driving continuous improvement across projects and operations.Key Responsibilities (KRAs)- Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with company objectives.- Develop and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and standards across all projects.- Conduct regular quality and EHS audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities or EHS incidents.- Ensure vendor and contractor compliance with quality and safety standards.- Train and create awareness among employees on quality, health, and safety practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and EHS into project planning and execution.- Maintain documentation and reporting as per statutory and industry requirements.- Lead initiatives for continual improvement in operational efficiency, safety culture, and Skills & Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred).- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, and EHS regulatory frameworks.- Expertise in quality control, quality assurance, and quality auditing processes.- Hands-on experience in implementing EHS programs and compliance monitoring.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, on-site environments.
