**Job Title**: Customer Care Representative
**Location**: GURGAON
**Department**: Sales / Customer Service
**Reports To**: Showroom Manager
**Experience Required**: Minimum 4 years in customer service or showroom sales (furniture industry preferred)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, providing a personalized and professional experience.
- Answer product questions and guide customers through available furniture collections, styles, pricing, and customization options.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns tactfully and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, delivery) to ensure timely order processing and follow-up.
- Maintain updated knowledge of showroom products, promotions, and policies.
- Assist with after-sales services including returns, replacements, and warranty issues.
- Maintain customer records and update service logs in CRM or internal systems.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Ensure showroom presentation is maintained to high standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 years of experience** in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a furniture showroom or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
- Working knowledge of POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a team environment.
- High school diploma required; additional education in sales, customer service, or business is a plus.
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-first attitude.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time role, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule.
