**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Train, schedule, and manage housekeeping team members.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest complaints and resolve housekeeping issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain smooth operations.

**Requirements**:
Age**:30+**
**Experience**: Minimum 5+ **years** in housekeeping supervision (preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting).
**Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
**Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
**Knowledge**: Familiarity with housekeeping procedures, equipment, and hygiene standards.
