**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
- Manage a team of sales professionals, including goal setting and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment advisors to develop and execute sales plans
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the mutual fund industry
- In-depth knowledge of mutual funds and investment products
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
