- The role will be based on correction / corrective action / preventive measures taken for incidents across organization. Actively engage with Clients to understand all incidents in detail. Manages certain complaints personally and ensures timely closure. Responsible for the availability and creation of various MIS for Customer complaints. **Must be an** **immediate joiner.**_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- _To handle client queries, complaints and providing them quick resolutions via calling._
- _Maintaining proper database and follow-ups of Clients on daily basis._
- _Handle critical customer complaints with a vision to provide permanent resolution within specified timeline_
- _Ensuring adherence to grievances redressal policy and processes, monitoring its implementation and initiating corrective action wherever needed by self_
- _Evaluation of complaints and submit the Root Cause Analysis with action plan_
- _Build a strategy towards reduction in escalations of customer complaints_
- _Ensuring all regulatory queries are answered to the regulators satisfaction_
- _Internal interactions with Clients for coordinating on all aspects, to deliver end to end customer grievance resolution_
- _Must be a Graduate with minimum 1 yr. experience in Customer Service/ Client handling._
- _Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills_
- _Understanding of CRM concept._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi)_
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)_
