**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Manage incoming leads from various sources and ensure they are accurately captured in the CRM system. Qualify leads and assign them to appropriate sales team members for further action.
- **CRM Administration**:Maintain and update the CRM database with all relevant lead and sales information. Ensure the CRM system is utilized effectively to track all stages of the sales pipeline.
- **Follow-Ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and support the sales team’s efforts. Monitor lead progress through the pipeline and ensure no leads are missed or delayed.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a clear view of the sales pipeline, including each stage of lead progress. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on pipeline status and anticipated sales
- **Coordination of Sales Meetings**:Arrange meetings between leads and sales team members as needed to support closing deals. Organize and schedule weekly review meetings for the sales team, prepare agendas and track action items.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:Generate reports on lead activity, sales pipeline, and conversion rates to provide insights to the team. Identify potential improvements in the sales process and suggest recommendations to optimize efficiency.
- **Exhibition Coordination**: Organize and support the team’s participation in exhibitions, handling logistics and lead tracking.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar sales support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with [specify CRM if required] preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
