**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Attending and resolving customer queries through telephonic conversation.
- Maintaining proper follow up with the client.
- Work closely with the sales team for lead update.
- Maintaining all data in the given format.
- Providing timely information to the client.
- Lining up site visits with coordination with the sales team.
- Keeping knowledge about the assigned projects.

**Skills required**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and trends
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel
