Prepare Quotation, Performa Invoice and forward the same to Sales Engineer and Client.

Execute the follow-up with customer for Advance Payment, In process payment, and final payment.

Gather the drawing related information from client and provide the same to drawing department, drawing of the material, confirm with drawing department incase of drawing person needs to be sent at client premises.

Coordination with customer ( OEM ) to take their confirmation on final drawings.

Co-ordination activities with drawing department to ensure timely submission of drawing to production department along-with Sales Order.

Coordination with internal departments and updating client on development stage of orders periodically.

To make phone calls to the database for generating new leads, and hand over to the sales engineer.

CRM, Sales related Database, MIS to be maintain with high accuracy level.

Finding transporters to ensure errorless dispatch management of completed orders and update the same to the customer.

Prepare and Present Daily, Weekly, Monthly, quarterly MIS to the managements & Sales Engineer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
