As a critical team member, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and strategic partnerships. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency by identifying and pursuing potential clients, crafting compelling proposals, and nurturing relationships to secure long-term partnerships. - **Responsibilities**:_
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to tailor business development strategies and proposals.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and personalized outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics to management.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to inform business development strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience in online bidding and business development within the digital marketing industry, with a track record of successfully securing projects and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred but optional.
