**Responsibilities**

**1. Responsible for handling all work related to both export/international and domestic market**

**2. Responsible for pre & post documentation, preparing export invoices**

**3. Responsible for packing list, tracking shipment, Letter of Credit**

**4. Dealing with Quotations, Enquiry, and Government/PSU’s tenders.**

**5. Coordination with Overseas buyers, CHA, Freight forwarders & Shipping agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC.**

**6. Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages & Shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers**

**7. To coordinate with customers over mail and phone reg. products, orders, dispatches etc.**

**8. To follow for payments of customers**

**9. Responsible for coordinating with planning and logistics department for timely delivery of products.**

**10. The ability to interact with all customers/field executives, sometimes under pressure remaining flexible, proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial for this role**

**11. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability**

**12. Knowledge of commercial terms and terminology & Transactions**

**13. Any other task assigned by management time to time**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
