**Role Overview**:
The Administrator cum Social Worker will oversee administrative operations and actively engage in social work activities to support community development initiatives. The role requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and fieldwork experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Plan, implement, and monitor social work programs and community development projects.
- Liaise with community members, stakeholders, and local authorities to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Drive to various locations for fieldwork, inspections, and program facilitation.

Requirements: MSW (HR or Community Development specialization). Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administration and social work. Proven ability to plan and execute social work initiatives. Mandatory possession of a valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license with driving capability. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for social service and community engagement.
