1) To check and verify cleaning activity of allocated Area, Equipments, Instruments, Containers, Accessories etc. as per their respective SOP.

2) To check and verify operation of Equipments, Instruments, Containers, Accessories etc. as per their respective SOP and BMR.

3) To check and verify all documents like BMR, Log book and other formats as per SOP.

4) To upkeep and maintain the Area / Equipment as per cGMP requirement.

5) To check and verify status label of Area, Equipment, Instrument, Material, Containers and Accessories as per SOP.

6) To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.

7) To take trial after Preventive Maintenance work of respective equipment.

8) To check and verify Environment condition, pressure differential, Calibration of balance and other metro logical instrument as per schedule time.

9) To check and verify Handling of Material Management & all types of rejections as per GMP.

10) To check storage, labeling of tools & spares /change parts, if any defect / problem observed, inform to senior.

11) To perform and check In process checks and record in BMR and logbook.
