o handle all production equipment's like Granulation Equipment's Capsule filling equipment's, Compression equipment's and coater.
- To supervise daily production activity, productivity, cleaning and manpower utilization.
- To chek and verify cleaning and operation of production area, equipments, instruments, containers, accessories rtc. as per their respective SOP and BMR.
- To fill and check all documents like BMR, Log Book and other formats as per SOP.
- To upkeep and maintain the area / equipment as per cGMP requirement.
- To entrly online data in SAP
- To prepare BMR, SOP’s, protocols, bill of material, work order, consumption order etc.
- To ensure GMP Practices.
- To check and verify status label of area, equipment’s, instruments, containers etc. as per their respective SOP
- To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.
- To take trial after Preventive maintenance work of respective equipment.
- To check and verify environment condition, pressure differential, calibration of balance and other metro logical instrument as per schedule time.
- To check and verify handling of material management & all type of rejection as per GMP.
