**Position Overview**:We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Associate fluent in Hindi, Telugu and English to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product-related queries, order statuses, and post-purchase support.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain CRM records.
- Offer detailed information about SILAII’s products.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams to improve products and services.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Tamil, Hindi, and English (verbal and written); Telugu is an added advantage.
- **Experience**:Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce.
- **Technical Skills**:Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic computer operations.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

**Annual CTC Estimate**:

- ₹1.6 - ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives upon achieving sales target
- 0 - 2 years experience
- Performance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹160,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
