**Your responsibilities**:
- Train personnel on the complaint process across production areas.
- Provide training and support for QSYS to ensure proper complaint documentation in QSYS/RQMS.
- Define KPIs to evaluate the complaint process.
- Prepare reports assessing complaints based on KPIs, including processing timelines, 8D report completeness, cost tracking, and content accuracy. Share insights with Quality Assurance and site managers.
- Continuously monitor internal and external complaints, focusing on customer issues.
- Define corrective actions for complaint processing challenges.
- Close customer complaints in QSYS/RQMS after verifying resolution.
- Identify and document QM system/process deviations and implement corrective measures.
- Coordinate complexity-related topics (internal/external).
- Oversee documentation creation in compliance with customer-specific guidelines.
**Your profile**:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent to 3 years of experience in the quality area.
- Proficiency in quality methodologies (Ishikawa, 7 Quality Tools, brainstorming, etc.).
- Familiarity with customer portals.
- Excellent proficiency in English Language
- Ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and assess process effectiveness.
