We are looking for a Travel Agent, who is passionate about traveling. You will oversee the travel necessities made for business or vacation and give tourism-related administrations.

You will book reservations for flights, inns, rental cars, convention centers, and other different services. You will also help entrepreneurs and officials pick travel destinations for retreats and other occasions. Your main objective is to keep our customers satisfied.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers

**Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees**
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Network with tour operators
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- Meet profit and sales targets Strong communication skills are the foundation of building meaningful relationships with clients, setting expectations, and (tact fully) discussing a buyer’s pain points, prospecting, social selling, active listening and objection.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Travel Sales Agent

**Good knowledge of computer reservations systems/GDS systems and e-travelling**
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers
- **Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field**
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage

**Working Days**: 6 days(Roster off)

**Working Hours**:9 A.M to 6:30 P.M / 12 Noon TO 9:00 P.M (Rotational Shift)

**Salary**:15k-30k depends on interview

**Location**:Tilak Nagar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
