**Job Title**: Travel Sales Agent

**Location**: Delhi

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into bookings.
- Provide customers with detailed information about travel itineraries, costs, and additional services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in selling tour packages is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Enthusiastic and target-driven with a positive attitude.
