**Job Title**: CRM Account Executive
**Location**: Nashik
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Entry & Documentation**: Accurately record and update **sales transactions** in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- **GST Working & Compliance**: Assist in **GST calculations, reconciliations, and filings**, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- **Bank Coordination**: Liaise with **banks for transaction processing, payment tracking, and financial documentation**.
- **Data Entry & Management**: Maintain and update records related to **customer accounts, invoices, and financial transactions**.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with the **finance, sales, and legal teams** to streamline account-related operations.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate periodic **sales and financial reports**, helping management make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in sales accounting, GST, or financial coordination.
- Strong knowledge of **GST regulations, banking processes, and data entry best practices**.
- Proficiency in **CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting tools**.
- Excellent **analytical, communication, and organizational skills**.
- Ability to **handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure**.
