**Accountability**

Supporting Actions

To assist the Manager in handling the litigations and the associated actions pertaining thereto.

- To assist the Manager in setting in motion the processes associated with legal cases.
- To assist the Manager in formulating pleadings of law suits, arbitration claims, counterclaims, evidence and arguments.
- To assist the Manager in arbitration matters and its proceedings.
- To assist the Manager in coordination with law firms, advocates and counsels with respect to the litigation for and against the company.
- To assist in maintaining all records / files of cases filed by & against the company.
- To assist the Manager in preparing periodic MIS of outstanding litigations & coordinate for their follow-up & closure.

To assist in formulation of various types of legal documentation.
- To assist in the drafting of various agreements pertaining to various products proposed to be launched by the company.
- To assist in the drafting of general agreements pertaining to the various support function like IT, Admin and HR.


**Qualifications**:
Any Graduate

**Minimum Experience Level**:
5-17 Years
