**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive **Telesales Executive** to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining products/services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM.
- Follow-up with leads for conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months-2 years of telesales/telecalling experience** (freshers with good communication can also apply).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls with confidence.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a polite and professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
