- Role Overview:_
Seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Cafe Executive to lead our cafe operations. The Cafe Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving overall cafe performance.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for cafe patrons.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and responsiveness.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Manage and motivate cafe staff, including baristas and support personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- **Inventory and Supply Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
- Work closely with vendors to maintain quality and timely deliveries.
- **Menu Development**:

- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the cafe menu.
- Introduce new and innovative offerings to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Financial Oversight**:

- Monitor sales performance and expenses, working towards achieving revenue targets.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining high-quality service.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct training sessions for cafe staff to ensure consistency in service and product quality.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the cafe team.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:_
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Languages : English Hindi And Marathi

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
