**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed information about products, ingredients, and pricing.
- **Sales Transactions**: Accurately handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment; process sales transactions efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products to effectively answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist in restocking shelves, and inform management of low inventory or discrepancies.Workstream+1Workstream+1
- **Merchandising**: Ensure products are attractively displayed and the sales counter is clean and organized.Workstream
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food items.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent.Workstream
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Workstream
- Ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- **Attributes**:

- Customer-focused with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the local customer base.
- Formal training in customer service or sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
