**Job Title**: DTP Operator

**Salary**: ₹30,000-₹35,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Document Design & Formatting**
- Design and format brochures, flyers, reports, manuals, forms, presentations, and advertisements
- Ensure layout consistency, proper alignment, color balance, and font usage
- Adapt existing templates to create new designs as per requirement

**2. Print & Production Coordination**
- Prepare files for offset and digital printing, ensuring prepress standards
- Coordinate with external print vendors for quality control and timely delivery
- Optimize layouts and files for various print formats

**3. Digital Asset Creation**
- Create digital materials like banners, eBooks, PDFs, newsletters, and social media creatives
- Export files in web-optimized formats while maintaining visual clarity

**4. Quality Control**
- Proofread and check materials for errors in text, layout, and design
- Maintain version control and organize digital assets for easy retrieval

**5. Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to fulfill visual communication requirements
- Ensure branding guidelines are consistently applied across all materials

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Degree/Diploma in DTP, Graphic Design, or Multimedia is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in a DTP or graphic design role
- Proficient in DTP software**:Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS Office**:

- Familiar with Unicode, typing in regional languages (Bengali preferred)
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, and print production standards
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
