SmartRoute is an Ed-Tech company. We are seeking a skilled Desktop Publishing (DTP) Operator to join our Design and Publications team. The DTP Operator will play a crucial role in the design and layout of various documents, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and align with the company's brand guidelines.

**3. Poster Designing**

**Qualification**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop Publishing Operator.
- Proficiency in industry-standard DTP software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, MS Office).
- Strong knowledge of file conversion techniques and formatting best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
