- ** KeySkills and Qualifications**:
8+ years of experience with GoogleDialogflow (ES & CX), Machine Learning, Large Language Models, GenerativeAI, Python & similar technologies.

Experienceof designing architecture for Conversation AI, Gen AI solutions usingDialogflow CX, Google LLMs etc.

Experience with driving discussionswith the customer.

Experience with working on developingchatbot from scratch using Dialogflow and Gemini.

Experience with integration ofexisting chatbot (developed in Dialogflow ES) with new chatbot (developed inDialogflow CX).
- Experience with conversation designbased on the intents shared by the business.
- Integration of the final chatbot(Dialogflow CX) with the existing chatbot UI (developed in Dialogflow ES) andimplemented login functionality in it.
- Implement various requirements in thechatbot.
- Implemented persistent sessionhandling in dialogflow.
- Experience of working with variousPython libraries - google.cloud.dialogflow_v2, google.protobuf.json_format,vertexai.generative_models, google.cloud.storage,google.auth.transport.requests
