**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM systems.
- Achieve call targets and conversion goals as assigned.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar telecalling/customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi].
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and good listening skills.
