We are seeking Summer Camp Instructors to join our team. The Summer Camp Instructor will be responsible for leading and facilitating activities for children between the ages of 4-12 yrs during our 3-week summer camp program. The program will run for 3 hours a day from 10 am to 1 pm, only on weekdays during the months of April and May. The instructor will need to travel to the residential community where the camp will be conducted.

We're looking for Pre-school teachers, School, Kindergarten & Art teachers to join our team for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead activities that promote learning, creativity, and fun for children aged 4-12
- Conduct lesson plans and activities based on the camp theme and age group. The company will provide all necessary material kits for the activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all camp participants
- Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere at all times
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children aged 4-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be well-versed with art & craft
- Ability to lead and engage a group of children in activities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to travel to the residential community where the camp will be held
- Availability to work during the months of April and May
- Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with other staff members

**About Flurn**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)
