**About the Role**:

- Topline Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and creative **Digital Marketing Intern** to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to real-time campaigns while strengthening their digital marketing skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the **Marketing, Business Development, and Operations** teams to help execute digital campaigns, **generate leads through online ads**, and support overall brand and engagement initiatives. You will also play a key role in **improving Topline’s online presence through strategic digital marketing efforts**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and assist in running digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Contribute to **lead generation efforts using targeted ads (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)**.
- Develop content for social media, blogs, and internal communication.
- Execute strategies to **increase online visibility, brand reach, and follower growth**.
- Analyze marketing data and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Support **SEO activities** such as keyword research and website optimization.
- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Research market trends and competitor strategies for insight and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools**, and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s in **Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or Digital Media**.
- Experience with social media management or content creation.
- Knowledge of **basic graphic design or video editing** is a plus.
- Interest in **performance marketing and lead generation strategies**.
