**Opening for GNM or B. Sc Nursing Staff Nurse for both fresher and experienced Staff Nurse (General Ward, ICU,OT, PICU,NICU, Private & Surgery Ward)**

**Job description**:
a) Perform all nursing duties in accordance with the Indian Nursing Council Act specific to the state you are working in, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures.

b) Monitor patient progress and identifies any changes in status, acting on those changes to ensure patient comfort and safety while reporting any changes in the patient’s condition to the immediate supervisor and following up with proper documentation.

c) Assist physicians and all healthcare professionals caring for patients, always giving a complete and thorough report on patient status at the end of the shift / assignment.

d) Perform routine nursing care to assigned patients, while utilizing age specific and universal precaution practices at all times.

e) Practice teaching / training for patients and families.

f) Follow hospital policy when disposing of bio-hazardous materials, labeling and handling of all materials.
