**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards and hospital protocols. The role involves patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring, and coordination with doctors and other healthcare staff.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vitals and administering medications.
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety practices are followed.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, or discharge as needed.
- Communicate with patients and families regarding care and progress.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Follow nursing protocols, hospital policies, and standard care guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution
- Registered with State Nursing Council
- Experience: 0-3 years (freshers can be considered based on training)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies
- Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
