Qualifications Valid nursing license and registration Strong clinical skills and knowledge Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient vital signs Proficiency in medical record documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing Additional certifications or training in specialized areas (e.g., critical care, pediatrics) is a plus
