Job Description:
**Position**: Staff Nurse
**Reports To**: Nurse Supervisor
**Location**: Sahibabad industrial Area

**Role Overview**

The Staff Nurse provides direct care to patients, supports doctors in treatment, and ensures a safe and comfortable environment for patients. They are responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and educating patients and families about ongoing care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Patient Care**:

- Assess and record patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with basic patient needs, like hygiene and mobility.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Document patient information accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all record-keeping protocols.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety and infection control guidelines.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and assist with crisis situations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a clinical setting preferred.
- **Skills**: Compassionate, organized, and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
