Plans and monitors overall progress of the nursing services.

Plans for promotions of different categories of Nursing Staff.

Devices and implements regular training programs for staff development.

Initiates and co-ordinates teaching & research programs for the nursing department.

To ensure quality assured nursing services in the hospital

To ensure round the clock nursing services

To keep performance record of Nursing Staffs and recommendation for appraisal

Attending all feedback for nursing services

Qualification - GNM / BSc Nursing with 12 to 18 years of experience.
