**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms and fieldwork
- Schedule and conduct property site visits and follow up with potential buyers
- Present properties and explain features, pricing, and payment plans
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing and legal requirements
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Handle negotiations and close deals in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and keep track of all client communications and transactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
