We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to lead our luxury real estate sales team, specializing in premium residential properties starting at ₹6 Cr. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
- Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and promotional strategies.
- Provide training and mentorship to sales executives for skill enhancement and growth.
