Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting finding the properties as per need, property tours, listing properties, negotiating deals, and managing client relationships. The role also involves providing property valuations and consultations to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate markets
- Sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in regional and English language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory

Salary

CTC - 2,32,000/ year

+ Incentives on every successful closure of deals
