**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate **technical drawings**, floor plans, and working drawings for architectural and interior projects.
- Develop **elevations, sections, and detailed drawings** based on design concepts and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Interpret and incorporate design changes and client feedback into updated drawings.
- Maintain drawing standards and ensure precision in measurements, scales, and detailing.
- Assist in preparing presentation drawings and layouts when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- **2-3 years** of professional drafting experience in an architectural or interior design environment.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design concepts.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with consultants and vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
