We are seeking a skilled Draftsman proficient in AutoCAD to join our dynamic team. As a Draftsman, you will collaborate closely with our interior designers and architects to create detailed drawings and plans for various interior design projects. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of building processes, and possess excellent technical drafting skills, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD based on sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions from the design team.
- Assist in space planning and layout optimization to ensure functionality and adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Generate 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts and presentations.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues and incorporate feedback into drawings.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure drawings are up-to-date and in compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality drawings that meet client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex design requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Diploma or certification in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with interior design projects across different sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) software.
- Portfolio showcasing previous drafting work and design projects.
- 2-3 years of Experience.
