Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in home têxtile design Proficiency in software tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Strong creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for color, pattern, and texture Familiarity with different fabric types, construction techniques, and printing methods

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of current market trends, consumer preferences, and sustainability practices in the home têxtiles industry

**Roles And Responsibilities**

Design and develop innovative home têxtile products based on market trends and customer requirements

Create realistic product CADs and technical drawings using software tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Work on moodboard decoding to identify color palettes, patterns, and design elements

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of designs

Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to drive the design process

Contribute to product catalog creation by providing design inputs and visual representations

Prepare drappings and prototypes to showcase design concepts and evaluate their visual appeal

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for sourcing materials, trims, and embellishments

Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the design and manufacturing process

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support product launches and promotions

**Salary**: ₹10,038.42 - ₹15,578.94 per month
