**Requirements**:

- Resident wardens (Female) required
- Years of experience: 2+ Years
- Open for duties for 7 days a week

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent level of spoken and written English
- An ability to connect with young people
- Be Organised, flexible, calm and approachable
- First Aid trained (or agreement to be trained)

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for discipline and decorum in the micro campus -Responsible for in & out time tracking of all students
- Responsible for attendance in the micro campus every night -Responsible for the safety of students
- To be a SPOC for scaler to Stanza for all issues related to micro campus -To be a SPOC to parents for all issues related to students -Head of operations at the hostel
- everything will flow through them -Responsible for conducting all events in the main campus -Ensuring all notice boards have updated & correct info. -A Resident warden must Serve as administrators, supervisors and

community-builders on their respective halls and floors in their buildings. -The Wardens shall be responsible for the health, hygiene, and general welfare of the students residing in the halls of residence which are specifically assigned to him/her and shall attend to all matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness.
- They shall hall be responsible for the students and shall ensure that the students concerned observe the rules framed for their guidance and maintenance of decorum.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per month
