**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cold Calling**: Initiate calls to potential students and professionals from provided leads lists to introduce Global Eduwise's offerings.
- **Counselling Session Booking**: Engage with leads, understand their needs, and schedule them for a detailed counseling session with our expert advisors.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with potential leads who have shown interest but have yet to book a session.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for session bookings and lead conversions.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from potential clients to improve the service and address any concerns.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasion skills with a focus on converting leads into counseling sessions.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling or sales roles, particularly in the education sector, is preferred but not mandatory.
